All the time noise in the hotel lobby (also because of giant gingerbread house and christmas events). The staff does not correspond in any way to that of comparable houses - friendliness and hospitality is in need of improvement and generally very inattentive.

The location is fantastic, with easy access to breakfast restaurants, Nob Hill, historic cable car lines, and the wharf. The staff is friendly, professional, well-trained, and always available. The double room had beautiful paintings and a lovely view, providing a great night's sleep.

The reasonably priced rooms have a view of the courtyard roof with air conditioners. If you travel with a car, parking costs an additional 57 dollars per day.
